HOUSEKEEPING RULES: During the first 20 – 25 minutes of an interview, I will be asking questions of the interviewee. Please hold all of your questions until the end of this time. When it is time for the Q&A session, I will announce it and then all “BlogInterviews” members will be able to ask questions.
